Goal
To reach every child and youth in a socially, ethnically, or otherwise disadvantaged situation, and help them develop as individuals, giving a boost to their talents and skills at school or work. As a result, to see them successfully integrated, equal and competitive, having gained personal fulfilment at every level of the social life in Bulgaria and Europe.
Mission
To work towards the creation of society in which the suffering ones, the wronged and the rejected ones will have equal chances for life and learning, for work and overall realization. To contribute to the raising of public awareness of the need for personal integration of the young people in a disadvantaged situation on an equal footing with every other citizen in our country and in Europe.
