The primary goal of art therapy is to maintain good emotional and mental health. Art activities are a very suitable way for self-expression, relaxation and sharing one’s feelings. The effect is positive in all sessions, especially when behavioral and psychological problems are involved.
Users of the Foundation’s Sheltered Housing participate in art activities and already know that their art brings a healing charge and meaningfulness to their free time.
Twice a week we carry out various activities such as painting, modeling, decoupage, working with seeds and natural materials, bibliotherapy, floristry, etc. All this brings them confidence, peace, joy. Stimulates creative thinking, relieves accumulated tension and negative thoughts. Classes according to an established monthly schedule with different set topics.
The foundation also conducts periodic ART therapy sessions with children from social homes as well as other community groups.
